This is our signature loaf. Made with a 5 year old Organic Rye starter culture, developed right here in Tongwynlais. This is no ordinary white(ish) loaf, fermented and proofed for over 18 hours this loaf is not only delicious but is also better for you than commercial breads.

Small Sourdough Rye Seeded Tin Loaf

Made with a combination of organic light and dark rye flours and coated with pumpkin and sunflower seeds for extra texture. This bread is delicious with cheese or anything you can think of. My 9 year old son particularly likes this bread with strawberry jam.
